Trying to get into birding and looking for extra guidance? Then this series of classes is right for you. We will start the program by having lectures on various bird related topics focused on learning the basics of identification, behavior, and more of our local expected species. After each lecture we will go out into the field and take a walk to help hone our identification skills, a scope will be provided for the group to share. A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow if needed. We will go out even in light rain or snow so please come dressed for the weather. Class will happen once a month on a Sunday morning over the winter months at various location:
