Keep your body and mind healthy by joining this yoga class designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and balance. We begin seated in a chair or on a mat for some opening exercises and then move to standing poses for the majority of class, finishing with a short seated guided meditation. Please bring your own non-slip mat. All levels welcome! Classes are taught by Cathy Frank, Friends Outreach Director and certified yoga instructor.Free for Friends for the Abbott Marshlands members, $5 for all others.Class size limited, and registration in advance required.
