This new and exciting Tai Chi stretch class will improve balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, and reduce stress. All movements will be safely performed in and around a chair. Adaptable for all fitness levels and physical challenges. In this class, you will be doing exercises that involve multiple body parts and muscle groups. You will be working the FULL BODY, not just body parts. The Tai Chi part of the class will be actual Tai Chi-inspired movements in a fluid way. Please have a check for $60.00 made payable to Linda Osowski on the first day of class. Linda is an AAAI-certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience.
