11/21/24: We call this chat, “Trawler to Table.” Brady Lybarge and Amanda Axelson are the proprietors of the Scallop Shack, located at the Cape May Airport. Brady has been scalloping for most of his life and now he, along with his wife Amanda, are bringing this unique product of the sea to local tables. We hope to be able to experience a cooking demonstration by Brady. Pre-registration for this chat is required.
12/5/24: Our favorite Irishman, Darragh Corcoran, will be joining us via ZOOM, to discuss the importance of “Stakeholder Involvement.” Folks, this will be an important and informative presentation delivered by an extremely well-informed friend to Cape May.
12/12/24: LCDR Brittany Fifer, USCG, is the Chief of Instructional Systems at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May and prior Commanding Officer of USCGC ROLLIN FRITCH (WPC 1119) homeported here in Cape May.
