This 1 hour class is a fun mix of cardio dance, light toning, and a stretching session. Each class will open with a fun and easy 5 song cardio dance fitness routine, using pop Latin, and World music. Then we will use light weights, bands, and body weight exercises to do a toning routine. Each class will end with an over all body stretch. Participants should wear comfortable exercise clothes and sneakers.
